Lucky me—I had the chance to test this beauty last season and knew right away it would be my go-to for this winter. With 25 years of riding experience and a collection that already includes two other models from NS and a few others, I can confidently say this one stands out as my absolute favorite.
It holds like a dream, incredibly lightweight, and glides effortlessly. Being on the smaller side, I really appreciate the narrower design, which makes it even more comfortable to ride and change the edges. Whether carving or tackling all-terrain, this board delivers pure joy and an effortlessly smooth ride. A true pleasure on the slopes!
Sometimes it’s just a skill issue - actually most of the time it’s probably a skill issue. However, nothing has corrected all of my complaints from my last board and probable skill issues more than switching to this board. There was a very noticeable difference in stability and grip (especially in the slick spots) and the control through the moguls was perfect. It’s hitting all the spots just right - and has already outperformed my Rossignol, Salomon and CAPiTA on my first weekend riding it. I’m loving this board. 10/10 would purchase again 👌🏻.
My current board is the equalizer from capita. I had it for 2 seasons and went from beginner to advanced. But recently I felt like I needed a new challenge. So I demoed the lady fr today at copper mountain. I love that it is a stiff board. Good for carving, super fun on natural features and not too directional. So switch was easy to ride on this board as well. So I have to say this is the best board I tried so far. So fun and definitely gonna buy this board.
P.s
The crew at the demo shop were super friendly and helpful.
This board is absolutely stunning!! I want to purchase but 147 is out of stock unfortunately! Please please restock on the other sizes :) I would love to buy asap
I’ve been riding for 20 years, all in Colorado, mostly in bounds on blues and blacks. I love a steep groomed black, off camber chunked out powder - just your standard all mountain rider. I am OBSESSED with this board. I road a super high quality locally manufactured board (RIP Unity), but it was probably a little too wide and heavy for me. I’m a good snowboarder, but not expert expert, and this board immediately upped my riding. I was taking turns I’d never take on my old board, and road some impossibly steep, powdery trees that would have driven me crazy on my board. I left my very fast skier husband in the dust on the bumps. I can’t believe I waited so long to upgrade. This board is my new greatest love (sorry, husband), at least on the mountain. It rips, holds a line, turns on a dime, and is super stable on rough snow. 1,000,000 thumbs up.
