Men’s 2027 Proto Type 3 Snowboard

witched over to the Proto Type 3 this season and it has completely transformed my riding. Being a bigger guy on a 164cm deck with size 12 boots, I’m always on the lookout for a board that can handle heavy pressure without any frustrating toe or heel drag. This board handles it perfectly.

The triple camber profile gives you an insane amount of stability and edge-hold, even when cutting through choppy snow or chudder at high speeds. It feels incredibly locked-in when you want it to be, but it still has just enough playful flex in the center to keep things fun. If you're looking for a versatile, true twin daily driver that builds instant confidence across the entire mountain, this is absolutely it.

In my second season of snowboarding, used it on my 19th day of riding after using a pre-2010 Option Joni Manken for all of my learning. This thing has been amazing. 10 days on it so far, and it’s so much more forgiving, cuts through chop, feels stable at speed (45mph), absorbs chudder pretty well, and my butters and jumps have been fun! Feel like I’ve become a way better rider because of the confidence this board gives me. Got the 158X. The responsiveness is also fun. Would highly recommend this board to anyone as a one quiver, haven’t tested in powder yet though!

Was riding a 21 Ripsaw and I had fallen so in love with the board, but I desired to have a little more play, not so stiff. I started looking and searching not only Never Summer, but all the best brands. I decided I wanted to go back to a camber board with more pop also, I was intrigued by the triple camber recurve, it just made sense how it would be better than the others just by design. After multiplie times out on the board, I am here to report it lives up to the hype, this board was a game changer, giving me more flex and the pop is insanely fun. Thank you Never Summer ❤️ 🏂

Best snowbard ever

Since my friend used to be sponsored by Never Summer I wanted to support the brand. After the first shred in Stratton I could tell the night and day difference of how well this board is constructed and how versatile it is for everything you want to do. It absolutely thrashes through the woods, I ran over some rocks while doing so and there was not a single chip or scratch on the bottom of the board. I always wanted some playful flex in a board and this is exactly what I was looking for. Butter tricks are so much fun and the board will do anything you want it to do. It glides through powder and I have never felt more confidence in my skill on the mountain. Going through some ice sheets on steep inclines the edges held perfectly and I never felt like I was out of control. The pop is super controllable and this board is straight up a weapon for any mountain conditions you need.
