Outside Magazine has chosen the Never Summer Proto CT/CTX as it’s ‘Gear of the Year’ award winner for the Snowboard category! We are flattered by the selection and proud to be in a class by ourselves. Pick up this issue of Outside Magazine on newsstands now.

Carl, I’m leaning toarwds the Legacy for this season as my “go-to” board. There are a few reasons. One being it’s been a while since I’ve had the Legacy slotted as the “go-to” board, and I do miss the response of the board. I love the Revolver, and the new blunted shape of the Revolver lends itself to some serious shred cred, but at times when I’m hard charging I find it to be a little too soft for my size, so I tend to fall back to the freeride boards these days. I think the Legacy will be my main, with the Proto or Heritage as a backup. I’ll be making the final decision in two to three weeks, so I’ll definitely let ya know for sure!
Cool! My friend just bought a Never Summer board and it’s one great board. I am planning to also buy one of these days.
